Todie was a fellow geocacher who was killed on his motorcycle. It is winter here in Maine so by spring most of us will forget we share the road with motorcycles and bicycles. So some geocachers started sending out coins for bike awareness, reminding people to please pay attention, and also to remind everyone we share the road with many.
You have retrieved one of these coins. Please don't keep me, think about the message and then place me in another cache for another cacher to find.
Travel safe, keep your mind on the road, don't drive distracted, look twice for bikes, we share the road, these are the messages that we are promoting. We want everyone to arrive safely.
