Grab It (Not from a Cache) 8/21/2007 lianilsa grabbed it   Visit Log

From Friday August 3rd until Saturday August 25th we enjoyed our summerholiday in Austria.

We stayed consecutively for one week in:
- Edelschrott, Steiermark (holidayhome: N47 01.244 E15 01.641)
- Nötsch Im Gailtal, Kärnten (holidayhome: N46 35.785 E13 37.325)
- Salzburg (holidayhome: N47 46.368 E13 04.422)

The weather has been fine, we only had two rainy days during these three weeks.

As we have been doing for more than three years, we explored the surroundings by searching geocaches. It is our experience that with geocaching you'll find the treasures of a country where "normal" tourists are rare.

We found this trackable item in the "Schnorrer-cache" (GCWTPM) although it was not registered there. So, we grabbed it from Ant&Smurf. We think they did not log their dropoff.

We will take it to the Netherlands an will drop it there in the beautiful cache "Kuier Caches De Hekkensluiter" by Dutch-Locutus (GCM43T). We sure hope it will have a safe journey from there.
