Current Goal

This slug is looking for country caches where the wildlife might go walking by. I'm aiming for the Craig-Steamboat Springs area of Colorado, where they do some nice Elk Hunting. But just keep moving me around!

About This Item

The Slug Bug

This is the slug I pulled out of one of my deer from two seasons ago. I loved the way that the plastic wadding stayed attached and that the perfect mushroom had been preserved. Most of the time I find pieces of my slugs and not the whole thing.

Perhaps this next hunting season will provide another similar slug.

I was collecting bugs to take on a trip to ohio, when I noticed this one wanted to go to Craig........I will drop it back here so that it can get on its way.
