Help I am being hunted!

I am part of a game, which only you can keep in play.

I am being hunted by IGNE and I need you to keep me hidden. Here are the rules for the game.

I must stay in Houston, Texas ("Houston" = within 45 minutes of downtown aka "Greater Houston Area"). I must stay in caches whenever possible. I must be logged each and every time that I am moved. Put me in a new cache as quickly as possible and whenever possible avoid keeping me overnight. Please don't let me be discovered by IGNE! IGNE - If you find me, please let my owner who you want to be "it" next so the game can start again. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO EMAIL THE PERSON YOU PICK SO THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE INVITED TO PLAY.
