I want to fly high and move often. Pictures of me near space-related locations greatly appreciated!
This TB is a space shuttle bead, small enough to fit in some micros.
The space shuttle is the world's first reusable spacecraft. The first launch was April 12, 1981. A shuttle launches like a rocket, maneuvers in Earth orbit like a spacecraft and lands like an airplane. To achieve orbit, the shuttle must accelerate from zero to almost 18,000 miles per hour. The shuttle fleet consisted of Enterprise, Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavor. An era is ending, but I want to celebrate this incredible achievement of engineering and will.
