replacement "LEGO Inspector" TB

"LEGO Inspector" would like to be temporarily attached to various LEGO layouts around the world, so that he can perform structural-integrity inspections.  For safety.

(This bug was originally called "The Comfy Chair", but it went missing five years ago.  Lately we've been rounding up all of our long-lost bugs and releasing new items on the COPY tags.)

I found a different, unlisted TB, 2ZVPRG Agent P, in Cogshall Park. Lego Inspector was not there :(. Wondering if there was a mix up with numbers when Agent P TB was placed.
