I picked this coin up whilst on holiday in the lake district we were caching near Lake Windermire the largest Natural lake in England, near this cache is High Dam, which was created in 1835 when Finsthwaite tarn was flooded, to provide water power for Scotts Bobbin Mill in the valley. We will take the coin East to Norfolk where hopefully you will here some more interesting facts. Thank you for releasing this coin for us all to enjoy 🙂
