“Grumpy Old Man”: Had to wait out a muggle who was retrieving some items from the RV parked nearby. Once he left, I had a good idea where to look but I was wrong. On to the 2nd option. Ooh. That’s different. There it is. Nicly done. This gets a fave pt from me.

New Year’s Resolution 2018: Had this one solved for awhile but didn’t want to go that far by myself. Today I was going to do a shorter hike on this trail when I got a call from DegelDuo who had just parked next to my car. I waited for her and her friend and met her at a previous cache. Yay. I have hiking buddies! We went up to this one and I was tickled to see the container! Loved it. On the way back, I saw a Coyote.

Trail by Fire: Decided to go for a hike today since I was working late. I was on my way to this cache when I got a call from DegelDuo who had just parked next to my car. I waited for her and her friend and met her here. I was surprised to find some of her worry dolls I. It before she got here. I forgot my penguins so traded for some dimes. Watch out for ants! On the way back, I saw a Coyote.

Stonebridge Canyon-View Point: came back over here for another birthday cache and climbed the hill up to this one since I saw it was replaced...TWICE. Found both replacements-about 5 feet from each other. Do I get 2 🙂? Combined them and signed one log.

Is This a Sumac on Carmel Mountain?: Got a later start than I had planned today and decided to try to access the trail from the neighborhood rather than by the school. At first I thought I’d have to sneak through via the drainage ditch but then saw the sign stating I was on the right track. Enjoyed listening to the quail, and tit mouses. Beautiful clear view. Happy to report that the log was dry. Happy 4th Birthday!
