SGTF speculates this "long lost" 1999 promo card is an Archive P2 Inkworks promotional item. Per SGTF's AOR under Operation Silverback, operatives to help forward this materials item to the former M-03 GCBA4 cache for further exploration have been initiated.

Please do not keep this TB if you DO mistakenly remove it from the Project APE cache. Drop it in a cache somewhere for another person to find and perhaps the mission will be completed again!
