His name is "SOUSHI_OKITA" (1842or1844)-(1868)
He was the very-very strong samurai but cheerfuly and he loved children.
He was one of the captains of "SHIN-SEN-GUMI"

I think this is the third time I have observed Samurai Okita here in my travels. Though I did not get to keep and move on for further travel (from Hanami 2006) I was able to grab hold for my TBs records.
