Hallo, ich bin Rudi der Hase und ich mache ein Rennen mit dem Igel.
Wir sind beide in Kalifornien gestartet und unser Ziel ist in Deutschland.
Bitte bringe mich meinem Ziel ein Stück näher, damit ich das Rennen gegen
diesen blöden Igel gewinne.

Hello, I’m Rudi the Rabbit and I’m on a race with the hedgehog.
We both started here in California and our goal is to reach Germany.
Please take me with you and bring me a little bit closer to my destination,
so I can win the race with the ditsy hedgehog.

We found Rudi hiding in a log. That's no way to make any progress. We are traveling east and figured we would help Rudi out.

I was in San Francisco yesterday and picked up a pair of TB's, a Hare and a Hedgehog. They are in a race to get back to a certain cache in Germany. Knowing that Hares are way faster than Hedgehogs, I placed the Hare here [less visited] and the Hedgehog in another cache nearby [more visited]. Good Luck to Rudi! I was visiting my daughter who lives nearby and picked up both Rudi and Addi-- several bugs that i placed here last October have 'disappeared' and I think these guys will do better in a more rural environment. If I had been there a few days earlier, I could have sent them right back to Hamburg because we had a friend visiting from there! I think that I will split them up to put some excitement into the race!
