Current Goal

The coin commemorates the UK's accession to the European Economic Community, depicted by nine clasped hands. Each hand represents one of the members of the EEC. I would like this TB to visit each country that was a member state at that time:

Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, and Britain.

Photos of my TB in the capital cities of each country would be appreciated.

About This Item

The Queen's Nose 2

This travel bug replaces the original The Queen's Nose, which was muggled earlier this year.

The bug is attached to an old 50 pence piece, featuring a wreath of clasped hands. The original TB was named after a book by Dick King-Smith, where the main character received a 50p with this design, which granted the holder a number of wishes. I can't guarantee that this coin will do the same, but you can always hope - give the nose a rub and see what happens!

Note that the coin is no longer legal tender, so please don't try to spend it!
