Dropped in ColdDrum Long Barrow - which is an ancient burial site, over 3,000 years old. It is the best preserved long barrow monument in Kent and remains virtually intact.
It comprises of 15 sarsen stones on a raised earth bank, forming a circle. Excavated on more than one occasion in the early 1900s, the bones of 22 people were discovered.
It is possible the name 'Coldrum' is derived from the old Cornish word 'Galdrum' which means 'place of enchantments'.
Hopefully the GC will pick up some mystic vibes here!
