From Wikia.com: "Zanzibar Buck Buck McFate is one of 23 fanciful names that Mrs. McCave wishes she had given to her sons, instead of calling them all Dave. It comes from the Seuss poem/short story 'Too Many Daves.' It is also the name that Neil Flynn, who plays the never-named janitor on the TV show Scrubs, came up with for the janitor at a Television Critics Association press conference July 16, 2008." I read this to my son at least once a week, and it's my favorite name in the story.
