Under to new ownership of BomberJjr, this Groundspeak Volunteer Coin will be held by myself, but if ever you meet me, feel free to ask to see it for discoveries.
In December of 2005, Groundspeak created a thank you coin for their volunteers and for the beginning of the new 2006 year, administer, gpsfun decided to make tribute geocoins of these volunteer coins for the states that he served. For that whole year, a replica the actual coin was sent from cache to cache within the chosen state. In December of 2006 gpsfun took all of the names of finders of the coin and drew one from a hat to be the new owner of the actual coin, and I, BomberJjr, was the one geocacher lucky enough to be selected.

Auntie gotcher coin, gpsfun. I, personally, make it a rule never to volunteer for anything, on account of I am lazy. I will, however, volunteer to move your coin to another cache in Massachusetts, pronto.

For those who may be confused about the appearance of this coin at the Constabulary Capers event on the 18th and its subsequent logging, I attended the event and brought the actual physical coin with me for persons to log if they had not previously had an opportunity. I asked that they "discover" the coin, but the feature of discovering a coin instead of grabbing it is quite new and not all geocachers are familiar with that functionality.
Whenever someone wants to place the replica coin into a cache, please grab it from whoever has it at the time and then drop it in the normal manner.
Hope this helps.
