    I took this Chunky Chicken off a BBQ in Spokane Washington. It was a brick BBQ. The Chicken is safe with me. I will try to get it on the way, maybe to California where Pork is the other white meat.

    If you must BBQ Chucky, try using "Fridays BBQ Sauce. It's the only thing he likes. It's made with large amounts of whisky. That's how he lost his feathers.

    Not sure BBQ is the way to go for this guy - he might be a bit rubbery. Best to tenderize him first.

    Found the chicken....didn't have a brick, so no smashing accomplished. The bird went with us to Gettysburg then Virginia and back to Vermont as we didn't make it to the cache where we planned to leave him, so heading out next to the west(they like yard bird out that way for BBQ don't they?)

    I'm sure that this didn't slip past you that even though it's quite kinky, Chucky has a web site. Try googling brick and see what you get. I had no idea you could make a chicken do that.
