Well, those pictures actually made sense and a quick google confirmed it. And ideal, around caches I hadn't done yet! Fortunately it was no longer freezing so off we set on the moors to retrieve this TB. A lovely walk, with frozen streams and ice around us, and very fine powdery snow lying on the ground.

What a wonderful day to go walking on Dartmoor! π I was determined to get the 5th and final TB on the moor today but I wasn't quite certain how icy the untreated roads would be or how cold it was going to be. But eventually I set off with Tigger in temperatures with a windchill of -9 - but it was great. The sun shone and the skies were blue and we had a great afternoon walk and I took lots of photos.
But where did we go? I've uploaded a photo of each of the 3 cache sites I visited - I'm sure that you will recognise them - the TB is in one of them? π
Whoever gets there first, please take it to another cache in the vicinity rather than taking it off the moor or placing it in some easy cache and dash. Please also log it into the cache where you found it.
Have fun π

Thank you for the tremendous interest in this series of caches - far more than I had anticipated. So far I have released 3 of the 5 TBs but at the moment none of them are on the moor which has somewhat stopped the race to find the caches π No rules have been broken as I did say place within 2 weeks, but I hadn't realised the level of interest there would be. Amazingly 4 cachers had their hands on the first TB within 24 hours and that cache has already been found. Congratulations to Scott.
To be fair to everybody, I am not going to release the last 2 TBs until the others are back on the moor. Then I would ask that once found TBs be placed in another cache on the same day or the following day to when found. That way it will be fair to all and we should be able to maintain the interest until the Final Trek has been made π
Thanks once again for your interest and have some nice long treks across the open moor - there are no cache and dashes hereπ Hopefully I will meet up with most of you soon if you are going to complete my next series βββ
Thanks, Dave.
