Please photograph his adventures along the way whenever possible and post them on the site.

About This Item

Lost and Found has started his first cache, SGL#416 and will use this for a starting point for GeoGadget on his journey across the country. Next stop will be in Hawaii sometime in June, and would like to have someone take him to Alaska before working his way back across the country. Lost and Found was in the Army in Alaska a few years back and would like to see if GeoGadget can get there as well.

We have removed Geogadget from the cache and will try to move him closer to Alaska. It may be difficult for him to go there soon as it is approaching winter there! As you can see, he had a nice diversion to visit Rocky the rocking horse bug before he went into the vancouver transit cache.
Stay tuned.

  • Geogadget looking at the salmon. Yes the salmon are migrating and they are being counted here. You can actually see the chum and coho salmon in the picture if you look closely. The chum weigh about 8-10 lbs or more.

GeoGadget is now in Abbotsford BC, 5 minutes north of Sumas WA. Alaska will be a tough drive soon!

I will try to place GeoGadget in a well visited cache ('Vancouver Transit'?), and hope that someone can move him further north. He might require relocation closer to Seattle, BUT, there are many people going on cruises that depart from Vancouver as well, so maybe that would work??? I'll bet he needs to go directly to Alaska now!

My wife and I will take him up to Bellingham, WA (just south of the US/Canadian border) when we go visit her parents. Someone is bound to pass through there on their way to Alaska.
