Once upon a time, three students got lost in the woods. It was pitch dark and frighteningly cold...
Who of us doesn't know this eary feeling when during a walk in the woods, it suddenly gets dark and
the surrounding noises seem to become louder and more threatening?
Led by this phenomena, this very fear of man, Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sanchez produced a
pseydo-documentary movie: Three students walk into the woods of Maryland following the legend
of a witch and... are never seen again. The only thing rescuers find is a bad-quality Hi8-Video.
