The Rats of Chaos have landed here on Earth to track down the Alien Army Of Chaos. Although beamed here from Alpha Cheesetauri the have to rely on "humans" for their current transportation. It seems that the cats who actually do rule the universe have removed their legs in an effort to keep the Rat Chaos Kingdom under control.
