Current Goal

Hello, my name is Nanuq! I may be a cute polar bear, but I’m a trackable, so please don’t keep me!

Members of my species are often considered marine mammals, because we spend many months of the year at sea. In the wild we are found mostly along the perimeter of the polar ice pack, where there are lots of seals to eat. We like to be where it is cold and icy!

My goal is to travel north. The further north I go, the better. There aren’t any geocaches on the ice pack where my family lives, but if you can keep me north of N 50º latitude maybe it won’t take as long for them to get my postcards.

Thank you for helping me on my way!

Made the trip out and picked this trackable up again as there trail has construction on it, preventing people from using the trail. So decided to grab these again and take them with me on a trip to Seattle and Oregon for Block Party. I will bring this one back with me and release it then to keep it on it's journey and to keep it's goal.
