Found this TB at an event - The Race Is On. It seems it had been missing for a long time and was recently found in a cache and brought to the event. The owner was also at the event and was surprised to see Wally reappear in the world. I will take this to some caches in Idaho and maybe on to TX or pass it on to a local cacher here in the area.
