To wear a jersey in Jersey... or maybye just tease my hair and go down the shore!
I'm part of a series of country flags with missions that are homonyms of our country names! To help me explore more places by fitting into smaller caches, I'm just a tag by myself, no items attached.
I would love to visit the Bailiwick of Jersey some day, of course! And I'd like to explore the heritage of the Channel Islands in the US and other countries, too. Jersey cows are renowned for their milk - see the bovine "Jersey Girl" in my photo - so maybe we can sample some at a local creamery.
But... My owner is a Jersey native - NEW Jersey, that is! So along the way, let's have some word fun! Take me "down the shore" for summer sun. Beware of the Jersey Devil! And speaking of sports team names, take a photo of me with your favorite team's jersey! (T-shirts are made of jersey knit fabric too, but that's just too easy.) Let's see how creative you geocachers can get with my Jersey-related travels!
