About This Item

melyn / geel / yellow ???

Y DAFAD FELYN starts her life (she is an ewe) as a TravelBug in Cymru (=Wales). We placed her in a cache in Eryri (=Snowdonia), during our holidays, summer 2003. We hope to see her again near our home town Utrecht in Nederland.

Goede reis. Have a good journey. Hwyl

Discovered at towel day event.
Edit: I didn't actually see this at an event - somehow mixed up the TB code. Received a picture from the Netherlands.
Sorry for the mix up and thanks for the photo and allowing me to keep my log!

we hebben lang moeten wachten voor het schaap weer in een nederlandse cache kwam. maar nu konden we haar ophalen. het is een genot om in het logboek te lezen over haar reizen.

we had to wait long for the sheep to appear in a dutch cache. but now, at last, she was in rotterdam and we could find her.
it is a great pleasure to read the logbook with all the interesting and beatifully illustrated entries on the places where she stayed during the last three years. all cachers who contributed: thank you

we keep her with us for a while. maybe she starts travelling again this summer.

Picked up the sheep from Addington Hills Triangle. The little fellow will travel to the Netherlands this weekend, perhaps it will be even taken to it's final destination.

Retrieved from the lush green Kentish pasture even though she was not there for long. We will look after her and employ her to keep our lawn under control until we find another suitable pasture. Excellent log- gave many laughs, thank ewe!

Left in my new cache mainly because this cache is close to sheep grazing land so it will not get lonely.
