There was a woman in the bicycle club I once rode with locally who was good at this sort of thing, and I knew a few others who have done Paris-Brest-Paris, but that was years ago. I've done plenty of long bicycle rides, but sleep deprivation is not my cup of tea. Anyway, I'll keep this one moving.
