This group of buildings across the river is not a garage. However, it is the site where manufacturers of cars, trucks, motorcycles and generators (among other things) have been coming for over a century for engineering assistance in design, development, testing and validation of their internal combustion engines. The Comet combustion chamber was designed here, and in the modern era, the company here aided McLaren with the design of their current passenger car engine line-up, and in fact every McLaren road car engine is built and tested right here on this Sussex site. Good luck to this trackable for its onward travels!
