Happy Hopper's mission is to try to make it to all of the states in the US. He is most happy when he can make it to a new state, but has nothing against visiting a state to which he has already been.
Please feel free to take him and move him to another cache even though it may only be a short hop of a mile or so. Remember: the longest journey begins with but a single hop!
Happy Hopper is my first baby. I hope he will do well out there in the big world. I have the greatest hope for him because I know the goodness of strangers will help him on his way.
