This geocoin started its journey in GC78 Firestone, one of the oldest geocaches in the world at the time.  The cache is located in Marin county north of San Francisco.

Wanted a special cache for this milestone. Thought about picking up Phil's in southern California last weekend, but the logistics did not work out. Perfect day for the visit. Skies were clear. The grass and bushes were still green from the December rains. The ocean below a placid blue and green. I kayak out along the coast below often. So neat to see it from above.
