And now you're off again
In a brand new longitude
And though my rhyme scheme's rather crude
I wish you well!
Travel far and wide
With no missteps or vanishing
All misfortune banishing
Happy trails!

Swapped TBs at our little meet and greet out here on the coast.... fair sailing!

I love a carousel
I thought you just might, too
So a bit of a dip
And a photo for passing Through!

One of those treasures caching takes us to!

  • Brenham's antique carousel horses thought carved by Charles W. Dare. City records: carousel found in 1932 in a field next to RR tracks ~20 miles NE. Purchased from field owner, brought to Fireman's Park, restored, and used during the county fair that year.

Today we mounted up
And wandered Washington County
For Geotouring Bounty
History, Scenes, and Gold
The gold, of course, is icon
The smiles for caches we found
And the joy of roving around....

Have some miles.

There are times that I do think
A metal detector just might do
To find those hides that stink
Like in rockpiles -- finesse eschew.
But I suppose that's a tool too far
A cheat code in the geohunt
But a girl can wish on a star
When geosenses can't even punt!

Dipped where I connected with you.... now to move you along.

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 7/20/2014 Tygress grabbed it   Visit Log

Ah, digging in the ground
Lots more than ore to be found
Why, the Waterweasel (SO)
Designs tunnels & shafts dontchaknow
For geology let cheer and cheer resound!

Picked this up at the event (well, it was handed to me) -- so will move it along (after a dip)
