This is one of TY Teenie Beanies the were distributed by McDonalds around 1999.  Please do not keep him but move him along from place to place.  If you find him you can post your picture with him in the area where you found him.

Also, if the bag that he is contain in is damaged, please replace it so that he does get too wet and has a dry vacation.
