About This Item

This key has been sitting in my dresser drawer for at least ten years now...maybe longer.It fits a 1987 Ford Thunderbird. She was grey with a V8 5.0 engine that could getcha out in traffic pretty quick. Just don't try it on wet grass or loose gravel...a little too light in the rear. That was my second car(actually my favorite). We went quite a few places together. We survived one pretty rough wreck. She was totalled, but I got her put back together and on the road again. She survived a deer running into the rear passenger side one late night. Yep...we had some good times, but alas as time went by, I figured it was time to part ways. I don't know if she's even around anymore or whether she has been recycled into something less dignified. Oh well, that's the mission of this key.....to find it's original counterpart. It just might be a mission impossible, but I bet it'll have fun trying. Thanks for giving T-Bird a ride!!
