Once upon a time, a shiny, unactivated Travel Bug was plucked from its nest in a warehouse far, far away. then swiftly packed in a puffy manilla envelope and shipped to sunny Florida where it was recieved with loving hands by a friendly, creative cacher with an idea. ----- On a warm day in September - 11th - 2013, a fairly new geocacher stopped by Hawthorne Cemetery and discovered this shiny travel bug attached to a lovely heart shaped pendant. Since that day the bug has traveled all around Northeast FL visiting such notable caches like Auhcala Pmuts and McMeekin Oak. The life of a travel bug is filled with possibilities and this much loved bug is no exception. There will be times when it will rest patiently in the hands of a friendly geocacher, perhaps searching for just the right cache location or maybe the next Mega Event where it can be discovered by all. This tag will bring joy to many. Stay tuned.....
