Current Goal

Congratulations! You HAVEN'T found an Official Jeep TB-- you've found a "FEEP" (fake Jeep). These "Feeps" have been released to travel the world! EXCEPT THE LOWER 48 STATES! Each year, Jeep (the company) sponsors a contest where you can find little Jeep TBs in caches and win prizes. Sadly, the contest is only for the lower 48 States. "Feeps" are for everyone else! Please do NOT take this from event to event or hold onto it -- it is meant to travel from cache to cache and NOT stay with any one cacher.

About This Item

Named for Mount Billy Mitchell, a distinctive peak with glaciers and several waterfalls pouring off it that looms over the southbound Richardson Highway on the way to Valdez, Alaska. Billy) Mitchell (December 28, 1879 – February 19, 1936) was an American general and military aviation pioneer during World War I. For more information, see this Wikipedia article.

Move from cache to cache and you may win a prize (a little, gift thing -- not much). Please do NOT take this from event to event or hold onto it -- it is meant to travel from cache to cache and NOT stay with any one cacher.

found and picked up this poor naked TB tag from a micro 'babbling brook' in peter's creek. looks like someone really wanted a feep to play with... i'll see if i can find a suitable replacement vehicle to dress it up with before taking it's pic and moving it on...

Odd to find just a Travel Bug tag with nothing attached. Found it unlogged in Maxima...will move it along within the week. It is mean that Jeeps don't qualify in Alaska.
