Current GOAL: Sherry the Cheerleader Bear is the CFB Great GEOrace TB for Polk M.S. in Carrollton, TX. She was created during a middle school summer camp program put on by the CFB ISD. There are 6 TBs in this race. Each bug has four tasks to perform before returning to a cache near its home school. The Polk Middle School team chose "Sherry the Cheerleader Bear" as our travel bug mascot because we're all big sports fans. In honor of the Dallas Cowboys new stadium in Arlington, TX, Sherry's goal is to visit 4 major sports stadium in the USA - ONLY 1 per state. She wants her picture taken at the stadium with friends enjoying an athletic event, or with some of the athletes themselves. Your log must include at least one picture that shows Sherry at the Stadium showing its name. Share your adventures with Sherry and help our team win. The CFB GREAT GEOrace is on! Sherry needs to return to a cache near her school by June, 2007. Thanks, TPMS Team

Now that I have read the goal, I see she has not made it yet. Someone told me she wanted to go to Carrollton. Too bad it is not Baseball season yet. My wife is a big baseball fan. We have been to games in 20 of the 30 major league parks. We are going to San Francisco and Oakland in September 2008 to see games there. That is much too long to hold her.
