LetzQ Barbecue Race.

Hello there, nice to meat* you!

I’m the team badge from the Dutch BBQ team LetzQ (the Netherlands).
We as a team compete in barbecue competitions all across Europe at KCBS* contests.

My goal in life as a travelbug,
I want to travel to the United states of America, and not just that, I want to travel all the way to Austin Texas! People say that everything is bigger in Texas, so I want to see it for myself.

I want to visit the legendary restaurant Franklin Barbecue. As a competitive barbecue team we love the stuff they cook over there!
Hopefully the pitmaster (maybe even Aaron Franklin Himself!!) is willing to sign me with his signature.
After I’m signed and photographed at the doorstep of Franklin Barbecue I would like to be sent home as postmail*. (*contact me at Haxquiz@gmail.com I will send you the shipping address)

And as long as you are there, eat their brilliant food, you’ll love it! Aaron Franklin is considered a BBQ legend and not just by us..
You certainly should try their brisket, it is just perfect!

Along the way I would love to hear your favorite bbq recipes if you are willing to share, and meat as many people as possible and visit beautiful caches. Surely a photo of you and me would do nicely in the log!
