Today I found cache Münzhandelskontor (German for Coin Trading Office), which is on the Dutch/German border. Well, let's be exact: on German territory, just a couple of meters away from the official border. The cache is meant to change official coin money from Europe (only the national pre-Euro coins) and from the rest of the world. SnowWolf #1 really is a colorful beauty among its mainly grey and copper companions in the cache.
Close to stash there is an antique, 18th century borderstone, 'RENOVATUM 1753' (renewed 1753AD). It carries the armorial bearings of the County of Gelre (now the Dutch province of Gelderland) on one side and those of the Bishop of Münster on the other.
I made a picture of this borderstone in its environment and with SnowWolf Geocoin #1 attached to the number of the stone. On the picture I had to make this number unreadable as otherwise this would be a clear spoiler. Enjoy the pictures like I enjoyed the temporary possession of your nice geocoin.
