I guess our trackable was stolen. :( First time using a trackable and someone takes it and doesn't pass it on. If you are "that" person, please reconsider adding our trackable back into the mix of geocaching action. My son is pretty heartbroken and your name has been labeled on our log as a thief. We will purchase a replacement and put it back into action-soon.
If you are "that" person, you might find this information of interest:
-Unfortunately, as a geocache listing service, we are not able to make the current holder of your trackables put it back into circulation. This behavior is not mentioned in our Terms of Use, as we do not own the trackables .
Trackables are considered property of the person who bought/owns them. If they are taken and not placed back into circulation, it can be seen as theft and could be reported to the authorities. It might help if you bring the latter to the attention of the geocacher who is holding your trackables .
