Some years ago a colleague of mine, an enthusiast biker, organized a bike trip for the fellow office workers. I said "why not", borrowed a bicycle from a friend and went cycling, first time after the childhood rides decades before. And I realized that during all those years, nothing had been changed - cycling was still fun. I enjoyed myself enormously and few weeks later bought a bicycle. Today I commute to work with bike, and ride up the hills whenever I can. Cycling has become an important part of my life, an everyday source of pleasure.
I would like to pass on the opportunity I got.
If you already cycle, keep it up. If not, why not give it a try? Get a bike, find a nice place and ride for half an hour. You might not rediscover cycling the way I did; but I'm sure that you will have a good time.
