Third and final challenge of the day, N-a-t-u-r-e Spelling Test. A rather intriguing challenge, which seems almost absurdly easy to complete, given other people have just written their name in the sand or snow... as in just scratching their name into the surface. I could have done that as well, but that doesn't seem to me to be the nature of the challenge... that being to write your name WITH natural materials, not IN natural materials.
That said, I still took the easy route, but finding anything other than snow and sticks at this time of year isn't exactly viable. Anything else will be frozen to the ground under the snow.
Alternatively, it would have been amusing to drink several beers and THEN write my name out in "natural materials" in the snow... but I get the feeling that with a name as long as mine, it would be less than legible 😛.
Amusingly, this challenge was completed about 10 feet from my last challenge, using the same branch that I balanced my camera on for THAT challenge pic, to write my name in the snow for THIS challenge pic.
