How do Trackable Items work?

Recently Spotted: In GeoCachical Survey

Current GOAL: Your mission should you accept it, is to meet me. My family has come to know and love geocaching in such a way that it is a part of us. Since we spend so much time as a family playing the game, we thought we would allow others to meet us and to join in a sport we love dearly.

About this item: Ride the frog
This is one of the first living travel bugs we know of.. Yeah someone has the T-Shirt, but I got a T-Shirt when I was left at home as a child, we all did..

'------ went to Hawaii and all I got was this stinky T-Shirt'

The Walking stick is so 2003.

The Tag in my car/backpack/log/gpsr can be funny since the car never makes it to alot of the actual cache locations and people cache without the gpsr and backpack on a 'quick run' to a 1/1...

I have yet to see a travel bug like this.. Once you find it, you will understand. I can honestly say it will be hard to take with you on a normal occation..

How do I log this object, you ask? Very simple..

Write a Discovered it log that helps to remember the occation, then upload a picture of yourself WITH THE TRAVEL BUG.

We want to start a record of all the great people we have met while geocaching on the trails or at events. Find it and it is yours to log. Don't have a digital camera? No problem.... A member of our family almost always has a camera present so we will be happy to help you log this bug.

Enjoy the trails, sidewalks, bridges, trees, parks, buildings or any other objects that your geocaching trips take you to.

As our oldest says "The fun is in the hunt, the finds are a bonus"..

Even though it pained me to stand next to a Marine, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get a pic with a real life TB! Sorry, formerly being in the Army, I just had to take a jab at the Marines. It was good to meet you and all the other fine folks at the CITO this morning.

Discovered this TB at the "Bug Us at Pizza Gathering #2" (GC1VMW7) event. By far this is the largest TB we have encountered. It was great to meet other people that love geocaching as much as us. Hope to meet up with them again.

Hardcore track-ability! Found in Staff Sargeant (GC1RVZ9). I admit I didn't think you could fit a TB in a micro cache, but you proved me wrong. Excellent evening and thanks for the memories! - Jesters
