Monkeys Yarrow: Had dance practice at the nearby Montessori tonight and arrived an hour early. Rather than going home only to turn around and come back, I went for this one. So many signs to stay on the trail, I felt bad for making this grab. I did make the find and added my signature penguin.

Warning!: Had to wait out some muggles who were loading their cars then they drove away. Once they were out of sight, I approached GZ and made the easy grab.

Everything is Bigger in Texas #1: My daughter’s friend lives nearby and earlier this summer I started to attempt this one but came from the wrong direction. Today I tried again. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the parking waypoint and approached from the corner of Pomerado and Twin Peaks/ Camino Del Norte. I came to some serious bushwhacking and consulted the map again. That’s when I saw that “P”. So, I walked back to the car and drove the the suggested parking and made a nice easy walk to about 10 ft or so from GZ. Really?!? I just went through all of that and these last several feet has seriously thick brush and I am wearing shorts?!? Well I’ve come this far. I’m not stopping now. Thankfully, I didn’t need to go as far as my map indicated and I made the find just a few feet in. The container was deceiving but I signed the log and left a penguin.

No H in Wine on International Geocaching Day: Busy Day for me today and didn’t even get everything done. Made it to 4 of my 6 places I needed to be and this was one of them. Great to see so many familiar faces and meet some new ones. Lots of bugs and traded some.

Hanging at the Movies: This was my third stop this morning. First was another in this series but a delivery truck with the guy inside was sitting right there so I had to abort that mission. Then I drove to another cache. Lo and behold there was another driver sitting in his car at GZ. I aborted that one, too. Running out of time, I pull this one up and I decide to go. No one around here. Success!

Nano 4the Numbers/Left or Right a Simple Decision: I’ve been wanting to grab this for some time but it was never convenient. Had some time today so parked in the shopping center lot and walked over to GZ. Made the find PDQ and as I was crossing the street I recognized a friend stopped at the read light. Fun.

NPMZCS-Let Your Fingers Do the Walking: So at first I started to look with my hands despite all the trash then I realized some of the trash was toilet paper and quite gross. Then I read about her log and also used my foot and found it right away. SL and added a penguin.
