About This Item

The point of origin for this "boomerang" is S33 23.056 E151 20.827 near Gosford NSW Australia. As the number would indicate, it is number twelve in the series and has been purpose built at the request of Wyoming Wombats (a local Australian team), who are planning a bit of a trip and offered to take a "boomerang" with them.

In Australia we not only have geocaching.com but also our own "local" site - geocaching.com.au . This TB is also actually an Australian geocache. If you want (ie this is optional) you can log your first Australian cache by accessing it on geocaching.com.au and looking for GA0706 or "Boomerang XII".

Once this boomerang has reached the Wyoming Wombats chosen destination the objective is for this boomerang to return back home.

The initial contents of this boomerang cache is a whole lot of little boomerangs (what else?), log book and didgeridoo pen. Please swap a boomerang for an item that represents the country of it's travels. Please note that the didgeridoo pen is part of the cache, not a swap - unless of course you swap it for a similar indigenous style writing implement.

Lovely to join in their send off. I see on their log that the Boxes are gone he he !! , and of course they will be starting their adventure soon. All our love and very best wishes go with them and happy caching "of course." This is our first Australian Cache as well 😉😁😁

We were handed this TB/cache at our leaving party as we're off to Sydney soon to become whinging poms! In fact at the time of logging this, the shippers are currently in the living room packing our lives away into billions of Allied Pickfords boxes!
Glad we're able to help this TB along & really looking forward to our new adventure with lots of new caches to find too! This is also our very first "Australian" cache!
    See you soon!...

I discovered this large TB at a private party which was attended by some great geocaching friends of mine, to wish the Hancock Clan a fond farewell for their emigration to Australia in a few weeks time.

See you in Australia my friends!

Had to take this cache/ Tb as we own the UK Stargate cache and also we know of some cachers who are emigrating to Australia in the near future. Hopefully, this boomerang's on it's way back soon...

I've been caching every day since I've picked up this big TB two weeks ago and finally today I've found a cache big enough for it to fit in, phew! I swapped a boomerang key ring for a Baker Street Tube key ring - most appropriate as I found this TB near Baker Street, London.

What's this, a cache within a cache! Grabbed it from Regent's Park here in sunny London (yes, the sun does make occasional showing here)!
Now, I need to find a cache big enough to take this one 😮...let's see what we can find.

Tried to log into Geocaching.au but it comes up with 'Invalid_session'. Never mind.
