This police duck wishes to visit fellow officers of the law and have his photo taken with them! Keep him moving and follow the law! PLEASE ONLY HAND THIS LITTLE GUY TO ANOTHER CACHER AT AN EVENT CACHE, TB'S seem to get lost when left out on the tables!
