Current Goal

The ShutterBug's mission is to collect pictures of extraordinary trees.

About This Item

The ShutterBug

The ShutterBug is a disposable camera that started out at The Pringle Tree Cache in Buckhannon, West Virginia, USA. Its mission is to travel about collecting pictures of extraordinary trees. I leave it to the cacher with the camera to define extraordinary for himself or herself, and seek artistic shots of distinctive trees, or trees in singular settings, with or without people.

When the camera's full, email me and I'll send you a stamped envelope for its return, and a replacement camera to place in a new cache. I'll get the old one developed and post the pictures on the web, make sure you note the exposure numbers you used in your log.

Have fun with this one!

Grabbed as I passed through. Heading home to Brisbane now.

There are two photos left to take, so will do that (I know two lovely trees).

Time for this to move on. It's almost out of film so the next cacher or two should see this to it's end.
