Unless you use this device professionally, it is unlikely that you will know what it is (life is probably better this way). The technical term for this instrument is a Gomco Clamp but you can probably think of many other more colorful terms for it. You will have to do your own research to discover the rest. Sorry, I will not be giving out any tips on this one.

Don't worry, this one has not been used. I promise!
