About This Item

ed.jpg

The SpottySpaniels went on holiday to Coverack in Cornwall (UK) in August 2004.

This was a golden opportunity to release a travel bug or two.

Edward the 1st and Edward the 2nd are the result. Two very competitive Travel Bugs who would like to race each other back to the “Bury your head” a cache at Botley in Hampshire UK.

That is a trifling 238 miles east from Coverack.

So, please help these racing bears to get home as soon as possible.

As both of these bears are very sociable and photogenic, any photos of the bears on their travels would be really nice. Also the SpottySpaniels will worry if either Edward is out of touch for too long.

Edward is now in the hands of GeoPoesZ, who will spoil Edward for a few weeks and prepare him for a journey back to England (first to meet the Jocks, then off to a camping-event, and top it off with a visit to the Mega-event in Harrogate !!)

Friday 18 july 2008, Edward is very excited, after being in the Netherlands for a long time, making a lot of friends, it's now almost time to come home. In twelve days he will sail to Harwich and with a stop-over in Cambridge, he'll be arriving near Ripon, with exciting things to happen!!

Hope to be home soon 😁
