Lucky Patrick! He took the chance this evening for another journey with LORbit in a hot air balloon! This time he startet from Lauf-Lillinghof airfield {N49°36.340'E011°17.175'} at 20.06 MEST = 1806 UTC, rised up to 1165 meters AMSL and touched down 11.5 km north west near the village Weingarts {N49°40.130'E011°09.609'} at 21.08 MEST = 1908 UTC.

  • Plenty space this time at the landing area.

This morning Patrick_enjoys_from_Rock joined me by a ride in a poppy hot air balloon! We launched from Herzogenaurach airfield {N49°35.009'E010°52.945'} at 6.43 MEST = 0443 UTC, climbed up to 2350 meters above main sea level, drifted to the south and landed savely nearby the village Rothenberg {N49°30.886'E010°56.035'} at 8.11 MEST = 0611 UTC. It was a plesure to me takeing this cute Travelbug whith me on my 1670th balloon trip.

  • The basket contains as a gondola up to ten persons TB Patrick was # 11.
  • 2 km above Herzogenaurach View from the south east to the north west. There are several sports-clothing outlets in the vicinety
  • Post flight deflation. Finally we found a dry way to turn down our yellow envelope.
