Svitava is a river in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. The Svitava rises near Svitavy, passes through Blansko, and flows into the Svratka river in the Moravian city of Brno. Blansko is a town in Czech Republic where the wife of this team grew up.

I looked for about 30 minutes for the cache that this one is supposed to be in. As the hint on the cache page said, it's under a locust tree. No luck on the cache under any locust tree within 100' of ground zero... You asked in a note on the cache page that anyone looking for this cache let you know what was going on, and rescue the TB if possible. I believe the cache may be gone... I guess I grabbed this T.B. since I found it in Bertie Wooster Cache' (GCKZMP) on the Gauley Mountain in West Virginia. Headed to Sewell Mountain will drop off there.
