I actually found this one in 2 Easy as 1,2,3 but I see that it should have been in 3 Easy As 1,2,3.

It's logged properly though and I will be moving it along to a cache in NY.

I just saw the picture of this TB and the toy it was attached to was not attached to it. The toy was in the cache that the TB was supposed to be in. They were separated. I didn't know it until just now so the dog tag part is all I have.
