Current GOAL: Help BatPez win the Great TB Race of 2009!!!

You found me!! Now you can help me out. I am a contestant in the Great TB Race of 2009. In this race, I can earn points for various tasks that I complete. The more points I have, the closer I am to winning. The simplest way is to help move me to another cache, but I have more tasks that are worth more points. My mission is to win. Read on to find out how you can help.

About this item: 01-03 004

So that I have the best chance of winning the race, please try to get me back out into the world quickly. The more I travel and meet people, the better my chances. Read on to learn more about how YOU can help. Please do NOT place me in complicated multi-caches, difficult terrain caches or puzzle caches. Put me in caches that get lots of visitors so I can meet someone new and move along quickly. And please post pictures!!! Pictures are the same as sending a postcard to my owner and she would love to see where I've been and the people I've met.

Dipping does not help me gain points, so please find a good spot, as far from where you found me and drop me off. Multiple caches by one cacher will not increase the points because I only get credit for where you finally leave me.

As a contestant in the Great TB Race, I am eager to help my owner win. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, but the only way I'll get a prize is if I earn enough points before January 5th, 2010.

Here is how you can help me get points:

How to Earn Points

The following is a list of the Official Checkpoint Caches that I would like to visit. If you can send me along to one of these places, I would be very happy.
GC1JC42 - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (OMG, wouldn't that be exciting!!!)
GC1BNMM - Columbus, Nebraska
GC16KCE - Cleveland, Ohio
GC1DXAH - Toronto, Ontario
GC1AQJT - Ocotillo, California
GC1645D - Qatar (Another exciting one!!!)
GC15PV8 - New Hampshire
GCQEVF - Iowa
GC1K0M1 - Omaha, Nebraska
GC1GHHG - Pueblo, Colorado
GC1B7FZ - Minneapolis, Minnesota

If you would like more information about the race, where to find official checkpoint caches, or to keep up with how the race is going, then you can go to Trip's Geoadventures - The Great TB Race of 2009. There, you can get the rules of the race and find links to race news, stats, and more. Plus, you'll have an easy way to watch how your effort helps me win.

Now, time to continue the race.....

I hoped that perhaps this bug would show up but it looks like it went missing with the cache that it was in. My participation in this race was very short lived. I am extremely disappointed. But I'm not out of the race completely because one of my caches is now an official checkpoint cache. Good luck to all of the racers. Hope to see you visiting my cache.
